Situated perfectly in the city center. The rooms are beautifully decorated and maintained in acceptable shape.
1. No air conditioning at all, extremely hot in rooms. They only have ventilators that do not help. The staff suggested to just open window (out to the main plaza which is noisy)
2. Breakfast is awful, strange a la carte options, we asked to just cook 4 eggs for us to take away as we had a trip to the canyon, the staff refused (100 USD per room and they can’t just boil 2 eggs per person…). The view is great; but you do not even have a small buffet.
3. No drinking water in rooms provided, only filtered sewage water which does not taste well

The location is perfect with an amazing view. The staff is great, the food is delicious (breakfast is yummy), the room is spacious (203), good shower, comfortable bed. They kept our luggage with no charge when we went to Canyon de Colga.
If you are a light sleeper be aware that the square/street is very noisy. (Suggestion: it would be great to have body lotion with the amenities)

My favorite hotel in all of Peru. Very beautiful rooms - modern and well decorated. Lovely bathroom & shower. Quiet and lovely bed. The location was amazing and I the rooftop restaurant for breakfast offered a wonderful view and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast in Peru! The staff was outstanding.

The location was beautiful and evenings at the rooftop bar were wonderful. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating with securing safe transfers for us multiple times and preparing a to go breakfast when we had an early morning excursion we had to leave for.

So the photo of the rooftop bar looks farrrrr larger than it is. It’s very very small so be prepared. Look for the bullet hole in the clock on the cathedral. 9 oclock

Incredible view from the rooftop restaurant and from our room (Presidential Suite). Staff were warm, helpful and very professional. Breakfast was large and delicious—great variety of choices, too. Perfect location in the center of Arequipa. Highly recommend it!

Great location
Too noisy since it’s adjacent to the main square. Loud music broadcasted until midnight on Saturday and then loud speakers blasted started at 7:00 on a Sunday morning.
