What I like the most was definitely staff that works there. They are all beautiful people, very warm, very helpful. Zenith, the owner is very interesting woman and she helped me a lot. Not to mention all the others, especially Monica, who was working there at the time of my visit. You feel like you are the part of the family.
Rooms are nice and cozy. They also have a kitchen you can use, with a lot of kitchenware, but there is always a lot of people there, so you need to find your space. :) But it's not a problem at all. The location is also very good, near the city center. I would definitely recommend it!!!

Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of outside space to relax including a very sunny roof terrace. Kitchen.
WiFi kept disappearing. Toilet paper not always available. No hand soap.

The staff was amazingly kind, the patio was beautiful and a great place for online work.Incredibly cheap also.
The kitchen was in need of cleaning.
The bed would move like crazy every time the person in the top bed would move while sleeping.

Great company; love the hostess. We did karaoke together, lots of fun! The room we got was a bit noisy in the mornings with moto delivery guys, but we were originally supposed to be getting bunk beds and were upgraded for free so nothing but appreciation here! Others have mentioned in the reviews that the kitchen is messy, but tbh there was nothing that stood out to me. All the basics were there and we ended up cooking a few times. The hostess mentioned to me that there was raw milk delivery available (you have to boil it and consume within 2 days to avoid issues) and was nice enough to put in the order for me! The location is great and near the Alpaca Museum; walking around the area is great! Giving this place straight 10's because the review rating on here doesn't do it justice (but the number of visits DO!)

Friendly staff
Room was horrendous! Not cleaned from last person long black hairs on all bedding! And rubbish left on floor from previous stays. Wires, sockets and lights all dangerously loose/broken. No light in bathroom. Broken window between our room and shared bathroom which was covered with a piece of cardboard so smells could get in! Would not recommend anyone stay, needs A LOT of maintenance. Also very noisy from other residents, street and doorbell!
