Wonderful
Good range for breakfast, clean, well maintained.
Perhaps let us choose if/when we want room service - just caught me by surprise on the first day and I'm not used to that.

The check in is too late, the hotel is dirty, it seems that noone actually vacuumed the carpet outside the rooms.. when we entered the room , there was a funny smell, like wet dog. The lamps didnt have bulbs, and i found a little spider in my bed. It looked very dirty and noone helped us carry our luggages to the second floor. Its very noisy from outside, very hard to sleep. The staff was arrogant and not nice. The customer service is at zero. The hot water in the shower is poor so u gotta stay longer showering. I would never go back to that hotel and will never recommend it.

Breakfast is served until 9am on the dot, if you go to the restaurant 9:03 don’t even dare to ask for a coffee!

The staffs were helpful with reheating water, kids meals and dinner.
The piano at the entrance was exciting for the kids. The breakfast was superb, sufficient for a family of four and very nice lady. The shower on day one was great, really steaming hot and soothing for hand wash as well, been a cold city at night was great for the kids to warm up.
Well the beds were sufficient but wide apart, we had to put them together to keep everyone on one bed and warmed up. The phone never worked, the floor pretty old this, broken and can fall the kids walking around. Also the shower heater didn't work on the last day, left without a bath.

Wonderful
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to everything: malls, restaurants, pharmacies, and stores; also not far from the center by taxi/car. The facilities were adequate to the price: my room was actually big and had a lot of useful things.
Maybe the room needed some renovations like the windows and the plugs. No elevator btw.

Very Good
The breakfast was excellent. Healthy variety with fresh fruit, fruit juice, bread, eggs and coffee.
I have two issues. First, the garage. We drove to Arequipa and find it a hassle to have to remove the car whenever someone is either leaving or entering. Parking ought to be less annoying.
Second issue is the bathroom. There is mildew in the shower stall and the shower head sprouts water all over the stall. I think the management needs to get new plumbing. Also the bathroom door in room 205 does not close correctly.
