Pleasant
The location is central and good. The breakfast, which is served without extras at an additional cost, is not satisfactory. There is a good cafeteria next door to the hotel. The building is beautiful,
The rooms are not in good condition, very small, bathroom very cramped. Doesn't resemble the photos on the website. We ha the feeling they try to save on everything.

Excellent location, breakfast (incl. coffee, juice, bread, main course), and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was on a pedestrian only street with lots of shopping, restaurants, and the plaza de armas nearby. 2 min walk to a small plaza to hail taxis, if needed. Wi-Fi was good, staff helped a ton with taxis, recommendations, and map of the big sites.
The rooms themselves were good but a little spartan in terms of decor. There were plenty of common areas with tons of charm to make up for that.

The hotel was beautiful, staff was very kind, friendly, and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious! The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The staff helped arrange a ride to and from the airport and was very helpful with everything we asked!
The hotel is on a very busy street in Arequipa and it was noisy late at night and early in the morning, which made sleep difficult at times. This isn’t the hotels fault and the staff was beyond accommodating, just something to know when booking.

Wonderful
The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel is well-located, a quick walk away from the Plaza de Armas, but the interior is quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was varied and made to order each morning. The concierge programmed a tour to the Rutas de Sillar for the very next day at a reasonable cost. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Perfect location, at a pedestrian commercial street, close to city center (5-10 minutes walk). Very nice building in colonial style. Breakfast was good, you can choose one from several options (there is no buffet breakfast). WiFi worked well. Very clean, comfortable beds. All amenities exactly as described on Booking. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff.
Breakfast could be improved.

It was a very nice ancient building, the architecture was beautiful.
The room didn’t have a heating system so it was cold at the time we stayed there. The breakfast was tasty but small, one had to choose one option (for example, either fruits or eggs).

The property is centrally located, everything that you want to see its steps from it. There are multiple food options around. The staff was very kind and attentive, the rooms have good hotel standards, thick soundproof windows and a descend bed.
The breakfast was outstanding as they have some a la carte when there is not enough people for the buffet, honestly the best breakfast we have had. The hotel also looks colonials but the rooms are renewed.
Hard to say, it was all pretty good. The bed wasn’t the softest but it seem to be the standard in Peru.

The staffs was extremely helpful. They helped arranging the transportation and packing the breakfast promptly.

Location just a few blocks from Plaza with plenty of places to eat. Room size is comfortable and bed very comfortable. Like the bedsheets. Staff friendly and helpful to carry luggage up the stairs. Attentive to needs for takeaway breakfast because of early departures. Laundry services is also not far from hotel.

The hotel lobby and patio looked beautiful, just like in the photos. The room was quiet and clean; beds comfy, soft sheets. Bathroom was clean and quite large for a hotel. Breakfast was very good, several good options, made to order, served by a nice waiter. We were able to leave our bags after checkout for easier sightseeing. Thank you!
The room was narrow and dark, with a small window at the end. It was also on the bare side: 3 beds, closet, a tiny desk with chair and wall-mounted TV. Needs to be updated, a fresh coat of paint too. I would recommend the hotel overall, but don't expect the rooms to look as impressive as the lobby. At least ours didn't.

Pleasant
This is a beautiful hotel. A 6 was a hard choice and it was just because we stayed in a three bedroom room which was more akin a bunker than a pleasant hotel room.
The window opens up to a small courtyard and behind the hotel is a disco which goes on all night (the Peruvians sure like to party). The room is absolutely quiet, you cańt hear a beat… but you cańt open the window either (or you become part of the disco). And the room is small enough I woke up wondering if there was sufficient o2.
It was definitely our room, three bed rooms are probably hard to accomodate, but it wasnt confortable
Everything else was a 10: Breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly, location was top.
Room was definitely too small for three people to occupy confortably.
