The hotel facilities are good. The day staff, including the housekeeping are very nice.
They have a bell that rings extremely loud and you can here on the rooms all night (and day).
The night staff is not in the reception if you need him during the night.
I arrived at 7am, and they informed me that me room was free if I wanted to check-in already, I thought that they were being nice, but imediatly they asked me for 50% of the night rate to get in the room 4h before the check-in time.
Also, they didn´t charge me on my credit card through Booking.com saying that was not correct (false as was the same to the other hotels I'm using) and ask me to pay directly there, then they charged me more as said they have a different rate at the hotel. Pay attention!

This is a lovely boutique hotel hidden away on a quiet street that's just a 10-minute walk from Arequipa's centro histórico. The staff were very courteous and helpful, the rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and my favorite part was the gorgeous garden with the spectacular molle tree at the center, with tables and benches to sit around and enjoy the ambiance. The breakfast buffet was fairly good, and the restaurant has a decent a la carte menu as well. Great value for money overall, a hidden gem in Arequipa!

The hotel is well located near the old center but still very peaceful with a nice garden. The rooms were large and well equiped. Breakfast was decent for Peru standards. There was no elevator although not a problem for us. We stayed here three nights and got value for money.
Shower takes a bit long to get warm. ?♂️

Wonderful staff, great location, lovely garden setting and safe atmosphere. Excellent base of operations for exploring the town in a much quieter neighborhood.
Thin walls meant we could hear people ringing and checking into the front desk into the night from the 2nd floor. Breakfast was okay for 28 sol per person, but if you have time we'd recommend heading into town.
