Wonderful
we like everything there including the people work in the front desk especially the lady named Cola who is very friendly, extremely helpful and thoughtful. With her help we got what we wanted to do in Arequipa, Peru and had a great experience there!

Exceptional
Loved the room, it was so comfortable and had a beautiful view. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and has an attached restaurant that I ate at for both nights I stayed. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t recommend more for people who need a bit of peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle.
There were a few hairs in the tub and sink when I checked in.

The location whilst in a very good safe neighbourhood is not really walking distance to center and restaurants.

The property was very nice and clean, the staff was very accomodating and nice. The hotel was close to the clinic I was visiting for work, I will consider staying in this hotel again. Thank you very much.
The location, although very nice neighborhood, was too far from the city center and/or commercial places such as restaurants and stores to walk around.

Maybe the hotel can organize small events for guests - like happy hour or so. We did not know if there was dinner at the hotel when returning after a long day tour. We had to eat out. The dining room looked empy always.
