Only 12 beds in the dorm so it’s quite nice. The bed is with the curtain so can get the privacy. Breakfast is with the hotel so it’s so much more choices than other hostel! And it’s clean everywhere. Staff is nice too!

The place was quiet it was nice that I was mostly alone in the room.
There is a small kitchen right in the entrance to the room as well as two showers and a bathroom. Good location
The bad things about this place is I had to request for them to clean our garbage in the bathrooms which took them 3 days to do so. Also after someone left they didn't clean their beds for 2 days.
The shower is were cold and it took about 20 minutes for them to get hot.

It is a hostel with a great location and atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the common area so much. Breakfast was really tasty ?

It’s actually not a hostel but one big dorm in a really nice hotel. It was comfy, spacious and clean. Every bed has its own curtain and outside of the dorm were two toilets and two showers. I loved the breakfast buffet which was shared with the hotel guests.
The location is good and safe. Around 10-15min walking to Plaza de Armas.
The man at the reception who was there mostly in the morning (forgot his name) wasn’t really friendly and helpful even charged me too much for my stay. It was a bit of a discussion but could be solved at the end. Plus he could not speak English.
The rest of the staff was nice and friendly.

- clean and comfy rooms (the beds are great!)
- 10 minutes away from plaza de armas
- staff was very helpful with extra requests we had: early check-in on day of arrival, possibility to store luggage, possibility to shower at luggage pick-up
- some staff was rather unfriendly especially at breakfast
- breakfast was not good. We weren't informed about the possibility to order eggs. Only realized after seeing another table getting theirs.
- had the room with a bathtub, which would need a replacement as it is broken on several sites.

clean and comfy beds.
one of the reasons I choose was for 24 hour reception as my bus arrived late - I also messaged to inform I would be arriving late (no response) when I arrived no one was at reception for over 30 minutes, after calling numerous numbers I finally got an answer from the receptionist - clearly woke him up. also the buffet breakfast was quite limited while I was there and also finishes at 9am.
