Comfortable beds. We were given heads up on the Saturday evening disco and bar noises from the street and were offered a choice between a room with window to the street or a quiet inner courtyard room. We had a good night sleep. Nice hot shower and breakfast. The location is great, not too far walking distance to the plaza and plenty of restaurants.

The location of this hotel is great. It's right in the city center, easily walkable to everything and right next to the massive convent site. The hotel was incredibly clean and the front desk was always very kind and responsive. We asked to change our room to have an exterior window and they made it work. Breakfast was one of the best we had with plenty to choose from. That made this already affordable hotel a great value. We didn't get as much rest as we wished our 3 nights. But the hotel was still a wonderful stay and it's not like they can do anything about the traffic noise - which honestly is not that bad with the windows closed.
If you opened your windows for fresh air at night, it was non-stop automobile noises and horns. It was much quieter with the windows closed but without AC or a fan, it could get stuffy. Interior facing rooms might have less noise but also less air movement.

Good location a few blocks from main square with walkway most of the way there . Staff were super helpful and nice.Rooms were very clean. Also breakfast was good, ask for eggs made the way you like them.
The first room we had was on the street side. It was very noisy with lots of traffic and horns honking. The last night we moved to an inside room, so quiet and bigger . Ask for an inside room, learn from us.

Lovely staff, delicious omelette for breakfast and good sized room. Very kind staff, ordered a taxi for us to the airport-very reasonable price and came on time.
They had an issue with their water with the taps and shower not working in the evening but it was back on by morning. We had to buy water from them which we felt could have been given free considering their lack of water was the reason we had to buy it.

Everything was amazing, the rooms were really clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast was the best we've had in South America, eggs made to order, pancakes, bread, cereal, fruits, juices, cafee and tea. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Clean, modern rooms. Great selection at breakfast.
The road is very, very noisy outside as it's a busy street and Peruvians love to use their car horns. Be aware some of the rooms only have an internal window so daylight can be lacking.

Perfect location next to the monastery in the centre, Our room was very quiet and comfortable, hot water, great breakfast with cereals, coffee (all day) and eggs cooked freshly, we even had to call a doctor for slight altitude sickness and this was arranged very quickly. The staff were amazing. There's a rooftop with shaded seating where you can see the mountains and the city, very nice at night. Would definitely book this again.
There's nothing bad about this hotel.
