I liked everything. Very friendly stuff, i came to Salalah early morning and it was not a problem to check in this time. So i was able to have a rest before afternoon. It is super!!!!! The room is so spacious, there is a kitchen also, a soft big bed! When i go to Salalah i definitely stay in this apartment!!!! I am really happy

Disappointing
The rooms are not at all clean and the pipes in the bathrooms were leaking. The drainage from the bathrooms also got blocked and even after informing these, they didn't attend it.

Good Host, overall good experience
facilities were not in excellent condition like sofas and basic amenities, No Lift in Building and our room was in 3rd floor it was indeed exhausting not recommended for elderly.

Location was amazing and breakfast was superb We love to stay there and fully recommended it. Friendly staff, cooperative and they are amazing Food was as per our requirement or taste Everything was above par
It's like your own home, there wasn't anything you don't like except you need to walk like 2 to 3 mins for metro or taxi or any public transport, rest everything was great. No complain or dislike of anything.

The rooms are full of mosquitos, bathrooms are very small and dirty. Water leakage is bathroom. They don't have online or credit card payment facility as mentioned online, we have to pay them in cash even we already provided our credit card details while booking. The is only one person on the reception (like a watchman counter in a building). I left the hotel early morning and paid them in cash (the only receptionist of the hotel is sleeping in his room and I have to woke him up) but he called me after 3 hours and said I left the hotel without paying them. I have to come back again to clear with him that I paid the cash early morning to him while I woke him up. Overall very bad experience at this place.
