There was smell on the room i asked them to change it But they said will make air refresher but was not work .

small room, room was not clean, there was wet paint in the wardrobe and damaged my clothes , bad smell, bathroom items are not available such as tooth brushes and other tools, bad sound all night from chiller AC from the rooftop

The room could have been more clean.And there were signs of wear and tear in the furniture.

Our Stay Disgusting in Salalah Gardens managed by Safir Hotels & Resorts in Salalah Oman we had booked 2 bedrooms and hall having which had only one toilet and no Powder Toilet and that also water clogging in the bathroom in dry areas when we use to go for shower every time we had to call the house keeping to remove the clogged water so other person can use the toilet this was not mentioned and written at the description of the room facilities their should have been a powder toilet in 2 bedroom apartment we were 5 friends had come to enjoy our holidays and enjoy Salalah Natural Beauty and climate driving all the way for 24 hours from Dubai with high expectations when we came the staff was helpful in all ways but helpless at the same time internet didn't work the biggest problem was only one toilet in the toilet when we went to fresh up water clogging was there and we did not enjoy the rooms walking from the lifts were also so far and confusing we had booked for 2 nights we left the hotel in one night stay only and went and stayed in another 5 star hotel which we got half the price what we paid in this hotel this hotel stay experience was really disgusting and made us mood less for what we had expected we also requested the management that since you don't have 2 washroom give us 2 ordinary rooms with 2 bed and 1 extra bed so we can stay and relax comfortably and any extra charges we are ready to pay to the hotel that also they told is not possible surprisingly Our whole enjoyment for the trip was mood less and our sprit of enjoyment was fumed away and I shall definitely not recommend this hotel stay to my other group of friends The Staff At Reception were Good and polite but couldn't do any changes as they were helpless I got good service from Mr Adam & Mr Cairo ( Sorry don't remember his name ) he also made and gave us a complimentary small cake to enjoy Celebrate make me Calm Luckily we enjoyed the next day in different hotel and...
