location not bad .breakfast was very bad it was like bed breakfast 2 star went in the fiist morning and we gave up the second morning
there was no hand cream no shampoo, the bed not confutable there is bellboy to help with the luggage no parking at the main entrance u have to pull the luggage from the car park

The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices and high quality items. The room was large and comfortable and it had a little kitchen and living room area. The hotel is in a mall which I wasn't sure about, but that turned out to be kind of nice. It's not a packed or huge mall and it had a little food court which was nice when I needed a quick bite. The hotel is also quite close to the airport but it wasn't loud (there aren't that many flights to/from Salalah).
The parking spaces are really tiny, the hotel is kind of far from all the interesting sights in Salalah, and the hallways are immense -- it took almost 5 minutes for me to get to my room from the lobby.

Large rooms, Living area, Near to mall and food court, plenty of choice of Coffee Shops and restaurants
Breakfast was not as expected, the Quality of food was cheap ! It looks like variety of food but all cheap dishes not likely to be eaten.
Salad and fruits were not fresh.
Need to procure and source wisely with quality standards.

The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, close to the main street. Breakfast is varied and excellent, the staff is very friendly. We booked a double room and got a huge suite with two bedrooms and a kitchen. We are very satisfied and recommend this hotel.
