The location is amazing. Its beachfront on Dahariz beach. Close to the coconut huts. You can enjoy a morning walk or a late night sit on the beach. We stayed in the beach villa with one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and one bathroom. The staff are very friendly and the property is clean upon request. The place is well maintained even though its a bit old.
Cutleries would be great addition to the kitchen.

I like the Location of the villa.
No services were provided at all during my stay despite payment of service charges. Water gathers on floor of toilets and the entrance as floor is not leveled. Neither Washing machine nor ironing machine are available. The balconey's floor is always full of water as it is not leveled.

Location was awesome with supportive staff. Rooms were big and neat and clean. Liked the hotel apartment thing, I stayed first time, it was home like feeling. Washroom were also clean.
Phone was not working. I didn't get Indian food there as I am used to of Indian food.

Huge room with a huge balcony.
You are not just at the beach, you are on the beach! Breakfast at the pool with seaview, thats just amazing!
My room was really fine. But other parts of the Villa start to get run down a little bit. So they should do some renovation.

The stuff was really helpful and friendly. They carried the sunbeds for us! The view is amazing and it is a good apartmant for visiting salalah for a few days also the apartment has a few books and magazines to read during your stay

Stunning view from the suite that they ended up giving me when the first two rooms werent quite suitable (no password for the wifi in one room, no hot water in the second). Just couldnt beat it, and to be right on the beach was fabulous. It was mild enough at night to sleep with the sliding door to the balcony open: fabulous to hear the ocean. Lovely spacious suite. Staff helpful, but you need to be a little bit persistent.
Odd smell in the kitchen which even the fan on permanently and the window open couldnt clear. But at least I could close the door on it, and it didnt affect the rest of the suite. And there was a bit of a naphthalene smell in the stairwell - memories of India. Given the hiccups with getting the room sorted and the lack of facilities (eg no coffee in the room and only one teabag each, slightly unfinished feel to the place), this hotel is a little overpriced, Id suggest.

we had a little appartment with a wonderful sea view and comfortable beds. It was clean, but you must ask if you want new bedsheets or towels. The staff is very friendly and we got all what we needed. An italian shower would be better than the bathtub

The place is falling down . The stars and comments it gets in The lonely planet Oman Guide must be referring to another property as there is no restaurant, no friendly family owners . In fact we were the only guests . The place needs an entire refurbishment .

very nice staff, they upgraded us to a suite because there was a lot of humidity and mildew in the first flat they showed us. very comfortable bed, fully equipped apartment, nice and big balcony with excellent view in the ocean, the beach was always wavy and windy because of the season, but still it looked amazing. clean A/Cs
the first flat they showed us should have been cleaned from mildew and a dehumidifier to run on a permanent basis in all the flats.

Location only..
Yes, The room was really bad, furniture is old, smelly, no equipments, swimming pool is not clean due to the people who are using it.. Best time to stay here is between Dec to May ..
