The location is great, directly at one of the best beaches in Salalah.
It's quite old, clean, but clearly used. Second, we had few days of wind and it somehow went throught the whole flat. The windows and the doors made a lot of noise.

The location is amazing. It’s beachfront on Dahariz beach. Close to the coconut huts. You can enjoy a morning walk or a late night sit on the beach. We stayed in the beach villa with one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and one bathroom. The staff are very friendly and the property is clean upon request. The place is well maintained even though it’s a bit old.
Cutleries would be great addition to the kitchen.

I like the Location of the villa.
No services were provided at all during my stay despite payment of service charges. Water gathers on floor of toilets and the entrance as floor is not leveled. Neither Washing machine nor ironing machine are available. The balconey's floor is always full of water as it is not leveled.

Yes, The room was really bad, furniture is old, smelly, no equipments, swimming pool is not clean due to the people who are using it.. Best time to stay here is between Dec to May ..
