Exceptional
For the value, this hotel is great. Working a/c, clean, good breakfast buffet, helpful friendly staff, my hotel room has a view of the main mosque. Walkable to the main Salalah beach.
Hotel didnt feel modern, the overall benefit outweighs this.

Breakfast was below average. There were no groceries nearby as the minibar items were chargeable and way overpriced! Airport shuttle was misleading as we had to pay an extra fee. I had to pay extra charges when I arrived.

Very neat and clean hotel with very good amenities. Breakfast was very good, overall we enjoyed our stay.
On the first night I got a call from reception that my kids were making noise and someone from the next room made a complaint, that was little weird because a 2 year old child can't behave like an adult. A child is a child if he wants to cry he will cry or he wants to play he will play nobody can control their emotion. I don't understand why some people doesn't understand the basic thing and make the parent feel uncomfortable. Only this thing was annoying for me rest everything was good.

Location is good, staff is helpful and informative
Noise insulation is absent: we used to wake up 6AM or 12-1AM from people screaming and laughing outside our room or from them closing the doors really loud. I think hotel service team was also conducting some work really early in the morning like 5-6AM.
There is mold in some places in the room or in the restaurant

The staff was very welcoming and they offered the airport pick up at the arrival and departure. The room was clean and quiet. You can easily walk to the Sultan Qaboos Mosque and 15 minutes walking to the beach and market.

I liked the cleanliness, the room facilities: everything worked just fine. For housekeeping, at my arrival, they said that I needed to ask the reception if I wanted my room to be cleaned.
When checking out, I ran out of the local currency and asked if they could lend me 10 OMR, less than €30 to pay the taxi, which I would pay back by card, of course. They said they couldn't do that. I had to go to the exchange office, under the Salalah blasing sun, but luckily not far away. I exhanged just enough for the taxi fare. I had a lunch bill which I wanted to pay by card. Their machine wouldn't allow me to do that. It indicated communication failure, clearly not a problem with the card. The recepcionist insisted that it works fine. I went to the mall and used it just fine 20 minutes later!

The location is great. Near market.
Many good Indian vegetarian restaurant in walking distance.
Breakfast is rich and delicious.

This hotel has a fantastic location, right next to the Sultan Qaboos Mosque, making it an excellent choice for exploring the area. Parking is very convenient, with spaces available right in front of the building. The staff was very friendly, spoke good English, and communicated well both via Booking.com and in person.
The hotel itself is very elegant, spotless, and offers a high standard of comfort.
We also really appreciated the late check-out service, which was super helpful as it was our last day in Oman and our flight was in the afternoon.
The only downside for us was the breakfast - it wasn’t quite to our taste, and only instant coffee was available. However, the staff serving breakfast was incredibly kind and attentive, which made the experience more enjoyable.

- Near to some of the main attractions
- Not far from the airport. Thus, easy commute
- One can reach Wadi Derbat in about 30 minutes in off-season
- Easy access to Haffa Souq; Museum of Frankincense and Baleed Archaeological Museum
- WiFi was good but only when you're in the reception or restaurant. I was on 6th Floor and the network did not even reach me. This was already informed to the staff
