Very Poor
No staff at entrance to take luggage. They are not professional. Uncomfortable feeling they gave. I booked 2 weeks before coming then they said sorry there's no suite available. They ruined my Family's vacation.

The area is very large and nice for a family picnic
We were not able to fix the AC temperature.. there was no technician also..
The pigeons are everywhere and the shit of pigeons can be seen at the entrance..
Night time the swimming pool closes too early.. it was closed at 6pm…

The floor was very wet uncomfortable. Staff were not very helpful . We wanted to have dinner we asked for help and they adviced for near by restaurant . All were closed however the hotel serve dine in and had Resturnat too ?

The property was okay, they need to upgrade their restaurant and infrastructure.
The food at the restaurant was not good, breakfast had limited options as well! I wouldn’t recommend it until they upgrade! The location was too far from
Salalah and airport transfer became costlier so I would sugggest to get one in salalah!

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, the ambience was relaxing, and the facilities were impressive, especially the pool. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
I found the bed size a bit small, the rooms lacked carpeting which would have added more coziness, and the bathtub felt quite small.

-Friendly staff especially Hussain.
-Quick check-in and out.
-Secure area.
-Very very far from attentions.
-lobby restaurant and caffe so slow to serve you even you need to go to waiter each time if need something.
-You need to call reception for house keeping daily for cleaning.
-Lighting so bad no lights on the chalet ceiling only two louvres light in living area and two in bedroom.
-No fan in bathroom .
-I asked for extra blankets its took them two hours then I get it by myself from reception.
-They asked politely by letter to cut the electricity from 9am to 6pm for maintenance purposes without replacing room or any alternatives to insure my comfort staying.
-They still use (towel cards) for the pool in (2025) and if you lose that cheap printer wet card you will pay 10rial for each card.
-No channels working on TV.

Great resort property with a wonderful pool and beach walk and views.
Location is pretty far (100kms) from Salalah town, so if you plan to visit tourist sites then this could be inconvenient.
Room service and general service is poor / very slow ... we were bluntly refused simple asks like plates, spoons and salt/pepper in the room. Getting an ice bucket and wine bottle opener was a 45 mins wait followed by personally going to fetch the same. Room service call person is quite rude, and frankly does not deserve to be in hospitality industry !

I stayed there for 4 days, including breakfast
I didn't feel comfortable in this hotel
Far away from the city center of salalah
Housekeeping is poor.
Doesn't change towels every day.
Doesn't provide drinking water bottles every day
Toothbrush and shaving set i had to ask for them each day.
Beach is normal, nothing attractive,
One day, I called the receptionist to complain about the housekeeping. When I asked for the inchanrge person, they told me he is not available now but we we let him call you. Unfortunately, nobody called.
The breakfast quality below standards
Lotion and body gel in the room are empty, and they didn't refill them during my stay they only refill shampoo bottle
When you ask for something, you have to wait at least one hour till the bring it to your room.

First we were given two chalet far from each other
One chalet toilet was not working flooded
It took them 3 hours to tell us we can’t fix it we will move to another chalet
The new chalet was not ready it was dirty it was used as staff accommodation. It was not clean at all
Second morning we were moved to rooms in main building. Decent rooms
But than for two days no cleaning was done to the rooms
Staff took forever to attend calls
It was not at all a good experience
