The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit!”

The rooms were bad, and the bathroom had a crack in the toilet. I had also booked a large bed, but it turned out to be two twin beds pushed together.

The staff were wonderful in their attitude and hospitality, and the check-in process was impressively quick — something I truly appreciated.
I didn’t like was that the room did not quite match its value, and there were small cracks in the bathroom. Additionally, I had booked a room with a king-size bed, but it turned out to have two twin beds joined together instead.

Perfect location I had the pleasure of meeting Sumaia, the receptionist at the hotel, and I must say she truly made my stay unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, she welcomed me with a genuine smile and such warmth that immediately made me feel at home.
She is extremely professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. No matter how busy the reception was, she handled everything with calmness and efficiency, always making sure that guests were comfortable and satisfied. What impressed me most was her patience and kindness—she answered all my questions, gave me helpful tips about the city, and went out of her way to assist with every request.
It’s rare to find someone who combines hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care the way Sumaia does. She is without doubt an asset to the hotel, and I believe many guests will remember their stay because of her outstanding service.

The staff was amazing, the location was right close to the grand mosque and the breakfast had many choices.
It was hard for my phone to connect to their wifi but that was on my side I think because my colleagues were able to connect.
