-First of All ashamed stuff in Al Nile 3 special the person in the reception that he call himself manger! He don’t have any kind of customer Service. I was have no information if is there many Number of this hotel 1,2 and 3. Me and my sister did Two booking and we was thinking that it will be in same thing place. Once we arrived i ask in reception if possible to make the two booking in same place ether in Al Nile 1 or 3. He Refused without giving any reason and they way he was talking totally unprofessional, i asked hime nicely that i drive about 10 to 11 hours to arrive here and I’m totally tired but he was not lessening even to me and simply he told you didn’t book from us and Go for booking to solve ur issue ! -Second, there was price issue in booking App the night cost was 15 OMR But in Hotel itself was 10 OMR only! And when we asked they informed me that this price in booking.com is higher and if i cancel the booking i will charge the total cost from my acc , like you are not giving any option to get deference price. I CAN’T TRUST THE PRICE IN YOUR APP ANY MORE! -Third, The place was not Clean the bathroom was totally Yellow color and Bed and Pillows was also Yellow, please check the pictures. Is that the service we deserve from Booking.com!
