Service is very slow. Floor is sticky. We waited more than hour after checking in. Room was not ready and it took time to prepare.

unfortunately they have shortage of staff, 1 receptionist dealing with more than 5 gusts at the same time which cause delay, the room wasn’t much clean … i booked for 4 guests the facilities I received only for 3

The utility items are available and it’s like service apartments and which is good.
The property is good but room services is very bad and no response at all and just hanging on the gusts and the end no response and whatever request room service nobody cares and including reception too. And we had very bad experience

The staff is nice and the location is well connected next to stores and malls and not far from the airport.
The address was confusing and the taxi drivers always stopped me two minutes walking from the hotel.
The room was clean except for the mattress base but the bathroom very dirty, you can see footprints on the floor at my arrival and I always take my shoes off at the entrance. Also one of the new and clean towels had black stains.
For the 5 stars rating and the price I was expecting something different.

They give me 2 rooms in 2 different floors while I have kids, promised to change next day but the morning front disc lady was so aggressive and refused - Saturday 3rd January.

The location of the property is great and the staff were very kind.
I booked two bedrooms apartment but when I arrived at the property they mentioned “this option is fully booked” and I ended up with one bedroom apartment with similar price for two bedrooms apartment!

The property First Class Holiday Homes was spotlessly clean, well-organised, with amazing furniture and all needed accessories — truly a first-class experience!
Highly recommend Mr. Waqas from First Class Holiday Homes for his excellent hospitality and quick, convenient service.
Sometimes you hear Sound of vehicles on the bridge next to your balcony apartment specially the sport cars & motorbikes loud sounds, but it wasn’t all day & all night.

We liked the location of the hotel and parking availability. Room size was quite good
The rooms were not properly cleaned especially the bathroom area. The choice of food at breakfast didn't meet our expectation
