Wonderful
Staff was very nice, hotel was clean, room service was perfect, pools were great for swimming (both, indoor and outdoor pools are big enough).
Location is not ideal, nothing is in walking distance and you have to take a taxi or go by car everywhere.

Nothing special worth mentioning during our stay other than that the location was close to our nearby attractions.
Not at all the Sheraton experience that you would expect and with the price you're paying it's more like a budget hotel, now where to start: 1) Long check in process (only one receptionist), and finally when we got our rooms only for us to discover that they put me and my wife in a two bed room, although my booking was clearly booked with king bed through booking, then we had to go to the lobby and do the check in again though the single receptionist. 2) New Year's dinner table which costs us 45 Riyal per person had a blocked view to the band, although the waiter told us that she'll find us another table since the one that we're supposed to have was strangely reserved for another man, not to mention the food although had a nice variety, was strangely put outside open in the cold weather rather than the inside buffet dinning hall 3) Everything takes forever, calling guest services takes more than 5 minutes holding in the line 4) Baggage trolley helper took forever to take our bags while checkout, I had to carry my family's bags myself to the car

The food was delicious. Breakfast , lunch and dinner buffet was superb.
The mattress and pillows were not comfortable for me. And although I asked for a softer pillow, the one I got from housekeeping did not suit me.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect, and the staff were extremely friendly. A special mention to Mohammed at the breakfast restaurant. He was so warm, always smiling, attentive, and genuinely welcoming every single morning. He made the experience even better as he also gave us recommendations on where to go within Muscat and even day trips.
Nothing major. Everything was smooth and comfortable throughout my stay.

It is an all right hotel. Could use some upgrading, particularly the rooms are really dated. The breakfast is probably the best thing the hotel has. There’s a lot of variety and the food tastes delicious. The staff there were also very nice.
The front desk staff were mostly unhelpful. The seemed bothered by any requests. I was sick and asked for something is simple as a thermometer and they did not have one. When I requested a doctor, they sent me to the clinic. Valet parking was never available to take our car.
