The room was spacuis andclean. The bed was confortable. The pool was perfect and the fully equiped gym was bonus. Very supportive and attentive staff.
The breakfast was generally good but it could be improved to be in Sheraton level. I am not into pastries and processed foods. I like to have more green fiber rich vegetables and high protein breakfast. The options were limited for me.

The staff where very helpful, specially reception Mr. Mustafa and the beautiful lady with curly hair (I forgot her name), and the taxi driver named Mr. Yusof (because he was fluent in English and he had card payment) which is very very useful for the tourists

The staff was really nice, especially Mohammed (from Morocco) during the breakfast serving. He made sure we had all we needed everyday and always with a smile!

All the staff are very accommodating, breakfast are varied. The entrance from the lobby to the hallway are clean and smells good. The parkings are covered.

My stay at the Sheraton Oman Hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and relaxing. The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. The pool, spa, and fitness facilities were excellent. It had a very welcoming and family-friendly environment.

Overall, our stay was fine, basic necessities provided.
Staff often gave incorrect information about their amenities, restaurants, and local activities, seeming more eager to end conversations than assist. Restaurants were overpriced for the quality, and local taxi apps offered far better value than hotel taxis.
