Wonderful
Our stay in this hotel was good But we reserved this hotel for two people When gone for breakfast they said you have only one breakfast meal!! This not suitable for a 4 star hotel!!!

The pool was nice and the water was warm. Breakfast had decent selection. Room had a really nice view of the mountains.
The restaurant by the pool was closed for a renovation and they were drilling while the guests were laying next to the pool. It was extremely noisy and very annoying.

Expensive drinks Restaurant being renovated and closed and work in it woke us up every morning. Swimming lessons took place in the pool so it was not all available. Really expensive breakfast. Ridiculously expensive

The location was good, close to shopping centers, which was very convenient. However, we were not very satisfied with the hotel staff. When we arrived, it was already midnight, but check-in took a very long time and the reception was extremely slow, which made us even more tired. When we finally got to our room, the minibar was empty, and there were no basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, or even bottled water. Whenever we requested something, it was only brought after calling the reception twice. Also, we were not allowed to have our own drinks by the pool — they said we must buy from the bar. Overall, we were not satisfied with our stay.

The staff were very friendly and professional. Ready to help anytime we needed them. The steam and sauna area was simple but did the trick. The location is surrounded by countless restaurants and shops. Very happening in the evening. The ice and water machines in the hallway remind me of hotels in the US. Nice convenient touch. Rooms were serviceable. No complaints there except the fridge.
The drink prices are a bit out of control. Coming from the UAE, I know about high prices, but the prices for a drink, even in "happy hour", were still almost prohibitively expensive. The steam and sauna were sometimes not on during the posted times and they take quite a while to heat up. Make sure they are on before getting ready and going down. You might even have to turn them on yourself. The back rest for the sauna bench was not secured properly. It needs to be screwed on tightly. The location is busy, which is good, but almost so busy at night that it's borderline dangerous crossing the street on foot. The corner where the Radisson Blu is located isn't very pedestrian friendly to say the least. Refrigerator basically doesn't work. We told the front desk and were basically told they couldn't do anything about it. The staff were nice enough to keep some of our fridge goods in the restaurant fridge to actually keep them cold. Shouldn't really come to that though.

One of the most remarkable things about Oman is the way people treat you — the hospitality is truly heartwarming. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had the pleasure of meeting Hamad, who went above and beyond to assist me during both check-in and check-out.
