Good location with enough number of parking slots
The mattress is very old and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
The curtains are ineffective at blocking sunlight, which made the room too bright in the early morning.
Overall cleanliness needs serious improvement — the cabinet was covered in dust, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning.
Security is a major concern: there were no keys provided for the rooms, and the main door of the apartment could not be locked.
The breakfast offering was highly misleading. There were no real options available — we were served eggs drenched in tomato sauce and salt, along with a small portion of cornflakes.

If you have a car, it's easy access to Mutrah or the beaches. Staff were super kind/helpful - you likely have an external but associated kitchen - ask about that as it's not obvious.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us for an early check in (after overnight flight it was a blessing).
We got family room with 2 joined bedrooms and small kitchenette (there was small fridge but no pots or plates provided).
The breakfast allowed us to start the day easily.
There's lot of parking spaces in the area.
The choice of meals for the breakfast could have been bigger.

Good price hotel compare with its facilities. The staff especially receptionist was doing they can to give the best service. All facilities are working fine. Breakfast also good with some options. Around this hotel there are some restaurants and shops. It is good option for family and group with good price.
The internet can be improved and smart TV in the room. The hotel in Wadi Kabir which has some distance to go around muscat.
