Spacious apartment with excellent value for money. Washing machine available and good location. Overall a very pleasant stay.
The usage conditions for the outdoor areas, pool, and gym were not clearly communicated. The apartment shows some signs of wear, which is acceptable given the price.

The apartment was spacious, there was enough space for everyone and everything (we traveled in group of 4). It has most the things you need, and location is nice. You get parking spot, access to the pool and the staff is really pleasant. It is good relation between price and value.
We couldn't run the stove, and maybe it would be good to have some dish wash soap and sponge, other than that everything was fine.

I really liked the location, spacious rooms, modern furniture and kitchen appliances, and overall safety of the property.
The internet only worked in the dining area and not in the rooms. I requested help to improve the internet coverage and the receptionist waited several hours. The maintenance guy only turned up at the exact moment I had a guest. As soon as my guest arrived, the maintenance guy knocked the door a minute later. He offered no solutions and spoke little English. The spa is advertised in the booking but the guy in the gym told me it has been out of service since COVID and I should go to the front desk and find out why it is not working but I shouldn’t ask him.

Since it’s a hotel apartment, it has all the necessary facilities of an apartment.

Since construction was going on, you hear noise from surroundings.
Both bathrooms are with Tubs, elder people could find it challenging.

It was a nice property, and it had a strategic location right next to a mall called panorama.
It was very much clean and it have tea bags or coffee in the kitchen, but overall it was good.

The location is very close to the city center.
Sultan Qaboos Mosque is just 10 minutes away. Spacious rooms, all the facilities were in place.
Just add wall clocks and the TV channel (just a couple of Arabic channels from Libya were available). We didn’t watch TV at all.

Everything is excellent, spacious rooms , perfect location , friendly staff
Only there's 1 small point for improvement, which is the wifi connection range . The wifi signal is good and strong , but the range isn't covering the whole apartment

The apartment was very spacious. It was so clean. The compound has great facilities. The location is great too. Only 8 mins away from Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque and 15 mins from Oman Royal Opera House! The receptionist was very welcoming and you will get your own parking card. ??????

The rooms of the two bed apartment are large with plenty of space, great air con and lovely balconies. The main shared areas are clean and quiet. The apartments are clean and beds comfortable. Close to supermarkets and a couple of coffee shops and close to plenty of malls. Not too far from the airport and short drive to the beach. Lots of outside space safe for kids. A great reasonably cheap place to use as a base for exploring Oman.
The decor is tiered and a bit tatty but think that this is reflected in the price. This is not a holiday resort and whilst safe and welcoming, the majority of residents in the complex are permanent residents.
The apartments are not fitted with a dishwasher, and no housekeeping to change sheets or towels, and no cleaning facilities are provided, not even a broom to sweep up which after two weeks with four adults in one apartment definitely is needed.
There is a safe provided for valuables but is just a box sitting on a shelf which can just be picked up and walked out so not that safe. However felt very safe there so not a real concern.
Wi-Fi not great and no European tv channels.
