Very Poor
Location
This was unfortunately one of my worst hotel experiences. I checked in around 9:00 AM after discussing my request with the staff member at the reception desk. After our discussion, it was agreed that I would not stay overnight and would leave the hotel at 7:00 PM, as I had already arranged a taxi. Everything seemed fine until 6:30 PM, when I received a call informing me that I was supposed to check out at 6:00 PM and would need to pay an additional 5 Omani Riyals for late checkout. I was quite surprised, as this was not my understanding. I requested the receptionist to contact the staff member I had spoken with in the morning. However, he later stated that 6:00 PM had been finalized. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding on my part, possibly because the person I initially spoke to appeared to be a helper or cleaner. In the end, I paid the additional 5 Omani Riyals. Additionally, when I went to take a shower, the water did not drain properly, and the bathroom floor became flooded like a swimming pool. When I informed the staff, I was told that water was leaking from the bottom of the glass panel and that the issue could not be fixed at that time. The cleaning was satisfactory, and otherwise everything else was fine. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to the issues mentioned above.

it's okay if you take it for one night to sleep over the night and complete next day. I take it once back from Salalah to Dubai to just place to sleep.
I had issue with hot water in bathroom not available and TV not working and WIFI was so bad keep disconnecting.

Okay. Very fast internet (80mbps, compared with other hotels) and the room had a little balcony.
It smelled a bit like dump or old furniture. Location could be better. There was a construction site next door and it was noisy day time.
