The location was good, easy to reach Corniche. It had a small kitchen , although we didnt use it.
The twin beds were very small. The toaster was dirty (although we didnt use it).

The hotel is relatively close to the old town and there is a large hypermarket next door.
There is very weak wifi in some rooms. The water for showering was sometimes not quite warm. Very poorly equipped kitchen in the room.

At the check in, the guy barely was able to communicate in English and not understanding our questions (i.e. where to have dinner nearby the hotel). We received the room after walking a long corridor without illumination: after asking the reason, the reply was the breaker might have tripped. Received the room we were asked if the room was enough for not receiving furthers complaints. After checking the accomodation, the light in the bathroom was not working, then the room has been changed to another one. The wifi never worked, despite highlighting the issue immediately. The matress was too soft, the air conditioning external unit was installed 50cm outside the window and too noisy while working due to unproper installation and consequent huge vibrations producing metal noise: we were obliged to keep the a/c off in the bed room. The a/c unit in the living room started leaking shortly after switching it on. The towels were old and and damaged, the kitchen tools were found with old pieces of food, the kitchen drawers dirty, the fridge smelling rotten inside. Traks of humidity were present on the internal walls. Black out curtains were not present on the windows. On our return before spending the second night, we found the room not cleaned, the bed not done, the towels not changed.

Everything was fine, the receptionists were nice and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and equipped. The bed is comfortable and there is a safe parking facility.
