It was 6th of November 2023 We were surprised that there was no Electric Kettle while it is listed in what we paid, so we spoke to the Reception was told that it is subject to availability might be available the next day, so we insisted to have one as soon as possible , having doubt that the Reception might not prioritize it, we requested to speak to the manager and we were happy that he immediately responded to our request and explained the situation nicely.
