Very unprofessional check-in staff, kept chatting between themselves, instead of looking after the customers. When asked about parking, she said that the valet had gone away, this was at 4pm. She asked me to park in basement. When I went down there, were no parking slots available. Street very narrow and congested. Rooms outdated and stains in toilet

The location for what I needed was great. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Although the property feels older, the common areas were well maintained
The room was not as clean one would expect. Although the sheets looked pressed, they had old, set-in stains that should have been noticed by staff, and the towels were the same. The bed runner was clearly unwashed with visible unsanitary staining. The mirrors were dirty, the shower faucet also had excessive caulking and was not functioning properly. Water was cold. Because the bed did not feel clean it was uncomfortable it affected my sleep. Luckily, I was only there for less than a full night, otherwise I would have requested a room change.

The Manager, Mr. Wael was kind and accommodating and he roams around to see if clients are doing good or with complaints. Very approachable

The rooms are spacious and rather clean.
The pool is ok.
If you are near a smoking room and have your AC on, the smell of smoke enters your room as well.
The staff is not very friendly.
The breakfast buffet is below average, with a limited selection of choices. The eggs smelled and tasted fishy and stale as if they had been reheated multiple times.
