Location, price
Cleanliness (we found a cockroach), we had to request the basics (forks and knifes), we had to request additional towel (they gave us on for 2 people). Not enough instructions to use the AC and hot water, (we had to request the technician to come to fix and explain as remote was not working).

Very friendly staff. The view from the balconies is great. The apartment is pretty soundproof. There was nothing that is causing strong discomfort.
The facilities are pretty old. And many things you’ll have to bring or buy by yourself if you come for a long stay, especially for kitchen and bathroom.

The staff were kind and polite. They served me complimentary breakfast everyday. There were indoor and outdoor parkings. The building was safe and quiet somehow…
