Wonderful
The hospitality and accommodating staff in reception, and in housekeeping. The privacy and comfortable room facility. And the strong pressure of their shower.
Though they will provide the things you would request, however, it would be better to fill in all the room and bathroom amenities listed in booking.com
Since it is summer period , to at least consider the closing hour of the pool facility.

Location was close to the conference center.
Huge bed. Biggest I have seen ever.
Not very clean and some small damages in the room.

The toilet didnt have closed or separated shower area. It was very bad condition, water will splash all over the toilet. The hotel was not fully occupied but the receptionist thought I dont deserve a better room. This is room 5010, I hope that hotel management will not simply reply that ohh it was under maintenance or that empty talk. I believe I must be compensated.
