Clean spacious room with great view of the harbour.
Friendly, helpful guy on reception.
Comfortable bed and good shower. Floor seems noise proofed. Can open windows a bit for fresh air.
Big kitchen with cutlery and plates we can borrow, microwaves and ovens we can use, lounge for eating
Lifts to upper floors - don't have to drag suitcases up stairs.
Location excellent as buses a short walk to nearby Courtney Place. Across the road from a supermarket
Nothing bad to say. I was a bit nervous about staying in a hostel, but it was great. If I had stayed longer I would have liked to speak to other guests as I could hear different languages of guests from around the world.

Great location and views of the sea from our room. We stayed in a twin room with ensuite and the beds were comfy with quality linen. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious and clean.
It would’ve been great to have some shelves or a bench or something for belongings. And a couple of chairs. Traffic noise was quite loud despite double glazing but it quietened after midnight.
The walls are very thin and we could hear our neighbours talking and playing music.

Our room with a double bed was very very small, not much space between wall and bed and space for bags etc. bit of a fire hazard
