Staff and location were great.
The private room with bunkbed was uncomfortable. The tiny bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Found some hairs in the drain.

The bathrooms were moldy and dirty. The kitchen wasn’t equipped well.

Amazing location, comfy beds, lovely kitchen. Good overall vibe - really feels like a proper backpacker hostel. I loved the free coffee in the room.
The room was really small, plus there was a lot of noise coming from the nearby kitchen. It was a bit stuffy as well.

A nice living room
The room key only gives access to one area for cooking and bathrooms, I think it is a bit less social for solo travelers than hostels where all the joint facilities are accessible

The three bathrooms weren’t always enough, especially in the evening. Parking was a little tricky.

Excellent location a few blocks from the CBD.
The 4th person in our room was a bit strange and stunk up the whole room. But no fault of the property.

Retreat room was comfy clean and quiet with a bay window with kettle for tea
The retreat rooms was a floor above the kitchen fridge so had to walk out to get milk
