Location in Thorndon w parking even though it was an additional $28 nzd was awesome. Bed sooooooo comfy - excellent accommodation walking distance from everything…
Decor is a bit dated - carpeting dark and yet the room itself was lovely - just not a fan of the colors - prefer muted tones.

I had to stay because I advanced paid at 1st day.
Room cleaning. I stayed in 1 week,they cleaned the room only one time by our complaint of room cleaning.

The room is Cosy, didn't eat breakfast but the location is very handy.
Air con, as it was very hot due to the room being small although, there was 2 types of fans available to use.

Good location close to bus, train or ferry. Easy walk to parliament buildings or downtown. Bed comfy & nice bedding.
Bathroom was very outdated with features that needed renovation.

Stayed for one night before catching the ferry to the South Island. Hotel location perfect. Room comfortable and clean, ideal for a short stay.
We accidentally left a folder in the room. Contacted the hotel and they readily posted it on to us. Very impressed.

Comfy bed, windows opened up, tea and coffee provided. Good space for a night or 2. Nice reception areas and onsite cafe etc
My room was a bit tired and dated, and not quite matching the new and modern contemporary optics that the front of the building and reception areas signifies

Beautiful hotel in great location. Easy walk to train/bus station. Great cafes in the next block. Room very nice. Excellent pillows and bedding. Nice guest laundry.
Only 1 elevator working, but not too inconvenient.
