Wonderful
Exceptionally well appointed rooms with a workspace, kitchen facilities and a clothes drier. In short, fantastic for those on work trips.
The noise can echo if you leave your sliding doors open.

I liked the location and the washing machine.
Quite noisy with everything echoing through the atrium. The light from the hallway beamed through the bottom of the room door, we had to block it with towels. The parking was really cramped with the ramp leading down to the next level being a single car width, yet meant for traffic both ways, literally saw some poor bugger have to reverse their way back to the top.

Very helpful man at reception when we checked in. Provided clear instructions to access car parking which was great.
Very central and without a lot of street noise.
Room was very clean and roomy with plenty of seating in the lounge area. Beds were nice and comfortable.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. When the washer in my room malfunctioned, the day manager had all my clothes dried.

Room was spacious and close to city centre. Problems with room were responded to and a discount offered.
Rug was wet from leak under shower wall. Peeling paint at baseboard indicated this was not a new problem. No toilet paper on arrival. Mgmt suggested after we left that we had taken dishes! Annoyed this was their first assumption, given apparent neglect of room.

The lady at the reception was courteous, welcoming, and pleasant. It made my stay that much better. The servicing staff did a good job every day. The place has multiple levels of security.

The location was excellent very convenient to Lambton Qusy and the waterfront. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a nice size. The kitchen and laundry very facilities were very good. Also had a nice convenience store right downstairs for snacks and drinks and things
The in room entertainment/TV channels need some upgrading. I was there for a week and there were so few available TV stations and they all seem to have the same thing on them.

The apartment is on the small side but livable. It is well-furnished, and the balcony is welcome. The location is excellent: close to everything and with good public transport within meters. I requested a silent apartment and was given one facing the interior patio; this was good.
We paid for two with breakfast. The property said that they never offered breakfast and that it was something Booking came up with. It was very hard to make them honour what we had paid for. When they did it, it was the bare minimum.

I liked that it was a small apartment with all the amenities one needed.
There was a little bit of a smell when you walked off the elevator to the floor and there was a fair amount of noise and banging that lasted for about an hour one night.

Room was clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too thin, but that's a very minor point as pillow choice is so subjective. Noise wasn't too bad considering it was next a main thoroughfare. Parking was in the hotel basement and secure.
TV had a dead pixel with a line running through the display, made it hard to watch.
