Clean, friendly especially the house keepers, excellent location.
No Sky TV, got a chromecast but couldn't connect due to hotel wireless sadly. Didn't like no door stoppers to hold bedroom doors open.

Exceptional
First and foremost, the staff was exceptional, thus the high score. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our one night stay. The bathroom is compact, but well supplied. The location was exceptional as you could take the elevator down to the ground floor and walk right out to the quay area. It’s also in a great location to catch the cable car , which is well worth the trip. Although we checked out at 10 o’clock, we were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot until 12:30 so that we could do some exploring before we left Wellington.
Parking is $30 a night, but worth it for us coming into a new city and not knowing where parking was available.

Exceptional
We have a lovely stay at Park Hotel. ( 29 Apr-13 May) Location ‘s excellent . It’s right in the center of Wellington and many cafes and restaurants nearby. My family stay in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ‘s huge ,clean and has everything I need. The staff were friendly and awesome service.(Nimacha ,Jim , Falguni and Kim) I’ll definitely be coming back.

It’s central to the CBD
The apartment was very small. Not suitable for family of 5. It’s not a negative however it was like everyone was confined to their rooms.

Location was excellent. The room was pleasant even though small. The bed was comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
The sink in the bathroom was small and the shelf above was jutting out. It made it a bit uncomfortable to brush my teeth. Needed to be conscious that I did not bump my forehead.

Bed comfortable. Appreciated the en-suite. Having dishes, pots/pans and clean up stuff nice. Liked fresh towels daily and the straightening of linen. Liked the number of hooks and hangers in bathroom and closet.
Remotes hadn’t been cleaned and needed batteries. Fire alarm issue not communicated and kept us waiting in the hallway for 1.5 to 2 hours before could be let into our place. Learned from another tenant that fire alarm appears to be a prank done frequently in the building. Not appreciated. Shower in one of the bathrooms leaks when showering.

The location is excellent. Located on the Terrace and with access onto Lambton Quay which is great for shopping and access to the waterfront not far away. The staff are lovely and very helpful.
This was our second stay, but the room was smaller this time. The utensils and plates, etc., in the kitchen could be better. Definitely not two of everything.
