Everything was spot on for what we needed. Close to where we needed to go and easy motorway access. Staff were very polite and helpful, everything was clean and organised with all the amenities we needed and also extra blankets/pillows etc. We would definitely stay here again.

During the stay communication was good. There was an incident that they really did not followed up. And answered me in a really rude manner when I return my call.
Forgot a bracelet in the bedroom, and I was already travelling up going North when I realised so I called them. Initially the lady told me that they're going to reach the cleaners and return call ASAP. The next day, I followed up and a man answered my call. He said that there were no notes about it and the lady I was talking to was on holiday so he doesn't know what I was talking about. I told him that can he please ring me once he heard anything about my concern? And he raised his voice and told me that "didn't I told you that I don't know anything about it" (not exactly but similar words). I was disappointed and up until now, nothing from the property.
I know it was my fault leaving my item but no follow up and could have talked nicer to me.

The motel was perfectly located for the event we were attending at Government House. Parking is on a first come first served basis but we were lucky to park within the motel boundary.
I am not sure if the receptionist/manager/owner was having a bad day but the Customer Service experienced by us was well below expectation. I had to remind her that we were the customer and that there was no need for her to raise her voice...

Great location, pretty central to everything and close to hospital, which is why we chose it. Stayed in the larger studio, was simple but cosy, had the basics but everything you needed. Bed was comfy as, loved the Sky, Wifi, daily housekeeping and having a carpark was a bonus.
Would definitely stay again.
