The location is near the embassy and CBD. Have access to parking space in Wilson parking building
Very nice hotel and staff in the Restaurant
The food in the buffet was not meeting my expectation much like the bacon was not crispy as its sitting in the food warmer. There was no white rice option and not so many selection of breakfast option. The fruits were not so fresh as it was hard to eat
The staff in the receptionist did not explain all needs to be done when doing a check in. The ticket parking tge just have you 1 ticket and you have to request another ticket when you come back to the hotel. They have to explain it or they should gave us another ticket as they know we are getting In & Out of the hotel which was not been explained properly
The instructions is not in a full details when you do the check in.

The room was good, it was located close to the restaurant which was nice. The hotels location on The Terrace is excellent as it is easy to drive to and gives amazing access (by elevator) to the city centre.

Great location, clean and tidy and a really good breakfast. We will stay again when travelling to Wellington
Not that i didnt like it, but a bit more info on the parking would have been good. We ended up paying a lot more for it as didnt reolise we had to go through the cardholders entrance. Not coming from a city those things aren't obvious to us so i can imagine wouldn't be for others either.

Room 1407 has a crack on outside of toilet. The jugs was too big to fit under tap in bathroom. Need a microwave in the room. Suggest a small plate for dirty spoons to sit on

Location is good. Buffet breakfast selection is good but expensive.
Very rundown and tired looking, needs a major revamp. Is not value for money. Room 1414 had almost no natural light. Lifts to lampton quay smelled like pee.
