Wonderful
We enjoyed out stay and found it to be very central to the CBD. The room was well appointed and very quiet. We either had quiet neighbours or the sound proofing between rooms was excellent.

Staff were outstanding and very helpful. Upgrade to king bed was very nice. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Liked having windows that could be opened.

It is in a relatively convenient location, being only a street away from the main shopping district. We were given a map for a short cut to this area to avoid a steep climb up steps. We were also able to check in to our room early in the day which was great.

Location, location, location. Walkable to everywhere. Literally, an elevator ride down to Lambert Quay.
Room was stark, industrial looking. More expensive than most of my other NZ accomodations.

Easy access, parking close by.
There was mold in the shower in the bathroom and on the wall. We have stayed before and not had an issue with noise but this time we were kept awake by a lot of noise.

Great handy location, easy parking. Quiet, minimal external noise for central location.
Extraction fan in bathroom was very noisy and was on a timer linked to bathroom light so couldn't turn it off, avoided using bathroom light to avoid the noise.

The desk clerk was exceptional! She gave great directions. The staff was very helpful in trying to resolve a problem with the washer/dryer.
The parking is really a tight space. Lots of stairs outside to get from the hotel to the main street. The washer was new but seemed to want to keep our clothes. The staff is still trying to learn how to work it. Which was a problem because we had an early departure time and the lobby was closed.

Clean and fresh and nicely decorated. Elevator to our floor. Washer/dryer plus detergent and drying rack.Thank you! Pleasant staff. Close to Lambton Quay. On-site parking.
Very close to parking decks, so not great views and occasional noise, but not much.
