Great location, great staff, great bar and cocktails, large and clean room, very comfy bed, loved the funky decor
Shower is tiny and water goes everywhere on the floor because the shower level is almost the same as the floor, water just tips out and also sprays through the multiple gaps in the glass screen doors. Very poor for the money you pay

Very creatively decorated, good central location, comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Very clean and tidy. Wish we had longer.
Shower in our room was tiny and leaked all over the floor and took a very long time to heat up. Could not use with pressure as it flooded the floor. The shower head seemed broken, could not be adjusted.

Great location fabulous cocktails!
Shower head was broken and kept falling off, not what I would expect for over $300 a night. Would have been nice to have some cutlery and crockery in the room for snacks. The striped lift sucks with a hangover! A $200 bond had to be paid on arrival which we were not told about.

Room size was large. Bar staff were friendly and attentive.
The breakfast was a big let down for us. Minimal selection for both continental and cooked, however it was the quality of the food that was terrible. Despite the breakfast being included in our room rate we chose to eat at a cafe for the duration of our stay.

Great family room, and we were compensated with complimentary breakfasts to compensate for the lack of pool facilities
A good central location
The heated pool was cold for the duration of our stay and the spa was out of order. While these things happen, it would have been helpful to have known this prior to our visit with two young children

The hotels are very different from other hotels they are unique, they have exceptional decoration, character!
I personally missed the coffee express mashine in the room.
