Accommodating and friendly night shift staff, helpful.
The room was next to a noisy outdoor ventilation system of some sort. However the weather was poor so that didn't help with the outside noise factor.

Great Central Location in Wellington with views over the bay.
Parking was tight and expensive. Had to back up a long S-Curve to get out. Room service options were limited and they got our order wrong. They did refund for an order that never arrived.

This hotel is just out of the CBD in Wellington. It looks out over Wellington Harbour and you can also see the CBD from the upper floors of the hotel. It is close to everything you need if you wanted to walk back into the Wellington on foot.

Good location to walk and visit Te Papa museum, ocean front walk and drive to ferry that goes to South Island. Bed comfortable and shower good. Nice views of the harbor from room!
Parking is a challenge typical for hotels in older areas of cities.

Exceptional staff. When the heater on the air conditioner did not work they gave me
Portable electric heater which worked wonderfully and was greatly appreciated.
Parking was available at the hotel but it was tight between cars and you had to maneuver carefully. But you were right outside the door so that was great

Fantastic view of the harbour! Beds were super comfortable. So close to Te Papa. I stayed with my 82 year old mother and she was easily able to walk to the museum and the harbour. The restuarant also had stunning views. The breakfast buffet selection was delicious!
Its very good value for a central Wellington hotel but it is not a 5 star so dont expect that.

Good room, with view over the harbour.
The bed was very comfortable, and bathroom clean. Location great.
Parking good.
Standard of dinner & bar facilities excellent.
The shower curtain was not great, and water covered most of the bathroom floor.
The sliding door out to the veranda was stuck and hard to open, and the lock didnt work.
Although comfortable, the room had a worn look, with marks on the carpet & the decor needs some attention, a lot of marks & worn areas.
