The room was ok, but we did not realise there were 2 single beds.
They were on wheels and moved when you turned over, really impracticable.
Not a great sleep had.
The 2 single beds (as stated above).
The shower was great but outdated and could do with a new shower head.
The toilet was awkward to use, and poorly designed.

Beautiful northwest view. The room was clean and spacious. Comfy pillows.
The lightbulb was hanging out of the ceiling in the entranceway. The shower was dark.

Location was great, very central without being right in the centre of the CBD.
View of the harbour and bonus fireworks display on Saturday night. Our room adjoined our friends we were travelling with we thought that was a bonus.
Not had any upgrade in a very long time if ever. The bathroom was particularly dated. The furniture was old and tired.

As on 3rd floor, the noise was loud as the windows are dated. Curtains where great, but due to gaps either end, the flood light that shines up, pours into telhe room at night and curtains dont allow this to be blocked out.
Would of like a fork and knife in room.

This place is awesome. It’s everything you need- Greta bed and water pressure and lighting and a spacious bathroom and it’s so central to a grocery store and the beach and the town centre. I will absolutely be back!

Very centrally located, close to many entertainment establishments and a grocery store, the hotel was decent.
Check-in was a bit late although I arrived after the check-in time and had to wait for the room to be ready. The breakfast could have been better. There are better and cheaper options in cafes nearby.

The location is perfect. Right across from the park and a few blocks away from theaters and Te Papa. A great place to stay if you don’t want to rent a car.

Staff were very helpful when flight was cancelled and we needed to stay an extra night.
Customer service was excellent, but not so sure about internal staff culture? I overheard a couple of interchanges between staff which I really shouldn't have been hearing in the 'public' area.

Location of this hotel is the best! We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and accommodating the front desk staff was. The room was clean and spacious with an incredible view of the city, the water and the museum (our room was on the 10th floor). Would love to stay again!
