Everything about our stay was excellent. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was amazing to sit on the balcony in the late afternoon and enjoy the spectacular views. The team were so helpful and friendly too. If we get back to Wanaka this would be our preferred place to stay.

The view was beautiful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. We really appreciated having guest laundry facilities. Dtaff were friendly and helpful. Location was great.
Bathroom was a bit worn - water damage, etc.

The check-in and attitude of the owner. He was very smug and made me feel like he looked down his nose at me. Don't like to be a Karen but he needs to change his attitude

great location!
The place claimed that there is a shortage of staff so they would not provide room service daily. One of the morning, the staff just opened the door for room service without any notification beforehand.
