Dryer was broken floor could have been cleaner. Couches need a good clean and tvs were old and could only get live tv

Quiet, comfortable, friendly, hot pools fab
For that price I wld have expected (room 97):
underfloor heating in bthrm/toilet
TVs old and no SKY, netflix etc. tv bracket in bdrm didnt even extend so cldnt watch tv in bdrm
Not well ventilated, had to have all windows open when cooking, rangehood was hopeless, place still stunk of food the next day

Heated pools were amazing.
There was decent space in the rooms. Easy car parking and spacious.
The washing machine wasnt working but the friendly staff were fast to get it fixed and offered to wash and dry our clothes.
The flood lights at night in the pool area are so bright and its hard to relax. It could be nice and ambient with coloured lights in the trees and flaxes then get rid of those hideous bright white flood lights.

The staff at reception were very welcoming. The bed was really comfy with a electric blanket
The bathroom had tile floors with no heating whatsoever so was very cold.Did ask reception about this and they offered to bring a bathroom heater over but did not happen. The panel heater for the unit was not warm enough for the unit. And no sky which l thought they would have for the price we paid.

nice to have washing machine and dryer good parking quiet location
heating - had to ask for another heater was a bit dated - not what I thought at all - going by the pictures on website no sky staff member when we arrived was lovely and helpful, had asked not to take payment out of card that held the booking as I was using another one - he left a note for night staff , said was fine to pay in the morning anyway- she did not read and took payment anyway which was just a nuisance for me.

On site restaurant and the spa pools
TVs didn't work 100%but they tried to fix them. Plus there was no intonation in the apartment how things worked etc
