Property was in an excellent location with a short walk to the city centre Apartment was very clean with adequate kitchen to cook meals and excellent housekeeping staff did a great job with daily service of the unit.

Location is great, apartment is comfortable and clean.
The upper floor with 3 single beds does not have any blinds on the windows and therefore there is way to much light in the room during the night for a good sleep. The owner should install blinds / curtains.

Great location in town, rooms were functional and had what you needed
Overall room is fully functional and clean but felt like lower value than we were expecting for the price. The view is the street and construction, rooms felt a bit sterile vs a nice and relaxing vacation stay, when using sink or shower there’s a drain that makes noise.

Very nice and spacious apartment, well appointed. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the Wanaka town center and the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There is construction nearby, but my room was far enough from it that it didn’t affect my stay in any negative way, aside from the aesthetics.

Spa tub and proximity to town. Lots of counterspace in the kitchen.
Very noisy due to construction 10 meters outside the back door. The kitchen could use at least one serving bowl.

Great location & nice and clean. Great to use a washing machine. Nice veranda with view of the town/lake.
We were travelling as a party of 5. The accommodation we booked accommodated 6, however there was only 1 bathroom. The adjoining apt walls were very thin, so it was easy to hear outside noises.

The property is an incredible view of some of the mountains and the stream running Infront of the property is really beautiful. The location is perfect for a stroll into the city for dinner or along Wanaka Lake. The room was spacious and much more than we expected. The room was also already heated when we arrived on a very cold day.
The facility was a bit older than I expected especially for the price, however that wasn't an issue as we only stayed the night.

Room is very spacious for 3 of us.
Room is clean, fully furnished and functional kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Property has ample parking lots, we managed to get parking lot very near to our room on the ground floor, very convenient to transfer luggage.
1 heater in the toilet, very useful during this winter in the first week of August.
2mins walk to food truck and other establishments. Less than 5mins drive to supermarket, opens daily 7am to 10pm.
