It is a great location just a short walk to downtown Wanaka. Close to cafes and an excellent French picerie. Good parking and a quiet cul-de-sac.
Bathroom tiles were not clean. Kitchen was pretty basic with cheap cutlery, knives, crockery etc.

The apartment was very comfortable. A lovely balcony with great view of lake and mountains. Short walk to town. Car parking outside apartment as well as on property.

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment - really spacious and comfortable with fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Great shower and comfy bed and very clean. Parking area downstairs and a short 5 minute walk into town. We loved our stay and would definitely come back
