Spacious room, clean, well equipped with a nice balcony with view of the mountains! Walking distance to plenty of cafes, restaurant and shops. Owners were friendly and helpful Onsite parking was great at no extra cost

The Asure Brookvale is in a completely fantastic location in Wanaka, a 3 minute stroll gets you to the iconic waterfront. It is clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and easy to find for recommendations and amenities. The wifi was fast and always available. I slept well here and would happily book again.
Typical NZ problems - single pane glass doors and windows that sweat at night, a drafty front door area, no screens on the windows or doors, low water pressure in the shower but also scalding hot water if you're not careful. Numerous properties I've stayed at around NZ have these issues so I I've stopped being surprised by them. Just be aware when you book.

Excellent location , close to food places, place clean and comfortable. Friendly hosts.
We did think it quite expensive initially but considering accommodation in Wanaka was at a premium we were lucky to have somewhere to stay and the above mentioned positives were a bonus.
