Very nice unit: spacious, modern, upscale. Location was good. Walkable to town center, supermarket, beach.
Parking was a little confusing since we were in an unit designated as disability friendly. This meant we couldn't park right in front of our unit.

The location is approx a 10-15min walk into Wanaka town and just under a 10min walk to the lake front. I think if you just needed a couple of nights to stay somewhere with a kitchen and wanted somewhere a bit nicer than a motel, this is probably the place for you.
We stayed for 4 nights. The check in process was easy enough, you pick the keys up from a different accommodation place. Having a near full kitchen was nice. The lounge area was spacious as was the room and walk in wardrobe. The bathroom was of adequate size also. Kitchen had all the basic utensils required as well as a medium sized fridge with a proper freezer compartment. There is no dish washer in the upstairs apartment.
There are no set car parks for each apartment so it's first in first serve, there are plenty of street parks though.
We had an upstairs apartment. The base of the stairs had a door that led to the downstairs apartment. Although it was locked, it felt a bit strange and insecure.
It also meant that you could smell whatever food they were eating, we experienced an unpleasant odour of greasy fish and chips on our first night.
The apartment appeared nice on surface level however small things made it lacking in the overall ambiance of the accommodation, especially given how much it costed (approximately $290/night when we stayed). I would have expected things like facial tissues and for the ceiling of the bathroom to be cleaned (it was a low ceiling and was dotted with dead gnats). Due to the style of shower drain, it meant each morning, there would be a stale water smell from it. Thankfully the bathroom had a good working extractor fan and window which we put to use to prevent any smells from getting worse.
The beds we found to be very soft as well.

Comfortable stay, lots of space, smart tv and comfortable couches for spending time in the apartment, good location for walking to downtown, reserved parking space
Keys were collected from a lodge a few minutes drive away - would have been nice if keys could have been in a lockbox at the property itself.

Its location was excellent- a mere walking distance to the beautiful lake. The whole apartment was quite spacious with almost everything we needed to make our stay there easy and enjoyable. Parking at the door made loading and unloading our car so much easier.

The size and comfort.
I thought we were on the water side. No, unfortunately. The dryer door wouldn’t open after 15 minutes. Had to wait over an hour and the clothes were still wet. Didn’t put them back in, didn’t want to take a chance.

Location information, ease of key pick up, not far from property and town front. enjoyed stay.
Balcony furniture chairs need replacing as they are wearing out and cracked on the seated area. also not that clean and would suggest that they need to also clean off the balcony table and floor and remove cobwebs from bbq.
otherwise great. would have received 10 if done.

Great location close to downtown Wanaka and near lake too. Quiet and clean apartment with a nice outdoor deck.
The apartment had limited kitchen items like only two forks, one wineglass, no big pots for cooking.

The apartments are handy to the lake front and town. The apartments are well appointed. We also loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom.
With a young toddler with us, we were worried about the plugs down at her level as well as the microwave positioned under the bench.

we were told that we had to put dishes in the dishwasher before we left the apartment and turn it on can’t turn it on if there’s not one there they supply tea and coffee but no milk in the fridge and quite a lot of housekeeping instructions

It was so great to have loads of space and to be able to do some washing. The facilities were great and we could live there permanently. Bed and pillows were comfy. The walk to the lake and to town was manageable and we are in our 70’s.
