Debbie was very pleasant & welcoming.
2nd bedroom guest had to climb on foot of bed to able to close the curtains. Not the most pleasant outlook from #2 with jet ski, wheel barrow "go cart" in full view.

Friendly welcoming staff. Really close to Taupo without any of the traffic. Neat little place, pretty cheap rooms.
Bathroom was a little bit cold and got quite damp overnight.

We were 2 families with a 14-year-old. The 2 rooms and the single bed in the living room made it just as what we needed. Perfect setting for us.
No power outlet to plug in heater and the portable heater provide wasn't enough to heat of the room.

Arrived at the motel. Greeted by lovely lady at reception and owner. Both gave really good recommendations for dinner based on our needs etc.
Great value for money, had everything we needed. Lovely and warm. Close to main raod, but didn't hear anything. Not a brand new unit, but it has been renovation lovely and clean and warm :).
Definitely return again.

The simplicity and the surreal feel of a place back in time. Staff very warm and welcoming and so nice to stay where pets are also welcomed to stay. expectations was 10/10 and highly recommended.

Rooms had a good heater and all the amenities needed.
Small rooms but everything that you need is there. Beds were on the small side but my partner and son who are 6ft still slept comfortablly.
