There's so much to love about the place. The grounds and setting are really beautiful, rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and well supplied, beds are very comfy, staff are really friendly, breakfast is nice, and the facilities are a bonus. If you're a heavy sleeper, it's a fantastic place to stay.
Unfortunately, the good was a bit overshadowed by the paper-thin walls and ridiculously creaky floors which made it really difficult to sleep. It would be fine if other guests were considerate of the thin walls, but they weren't. Difficult for the hotel to fix I understand.
I also had some wifi issues which were a problem when trying to work - it was perfect on day one and three, but on day two it just completely stopped working for several hours (it wasn't my device and I was nowhere near the data limit, I wasn't making zoom calls etc- it seemed like the server just kicked me off for several hours). I tried moving to a communal area but still had the same issue despite reception saying it was working.

Great place for staying with kids. The hot pools and trampoline were much enjoyed! Tidy, crisp bed linen. Loved the machine options at the onsite gym.
Overall aesthetic and facilities are quite tired/dated. Lower pricing on restaurant dining and buffet breakfast might make them a more appealing option. Our room deck overlooked the carpark, which was fine for us as I could watch the kids on the playground from our room, but might not be for everyone.

Leisure facilities are good.
Service is minimal. Room service means collecting the tray yourself from the bar/restraint and carrying it back to the room. Hotel in need of modernisation to bring it to US standard for same stars.

The room we stayed in was clean and had all we needed, and there were many options that would be good for a longer stay such as the pool, tennis court and golf.
I think that some parts of the property were outdated and signage was fully clear.

Location
Very out dated requested early check in 1 hour no response got there and turned away. Rooms really dated restaurant extremely over priced. Not really smiley faces

Unfortunately the Resort is showing signs of aging.

Pool lights and change rooms at pool didn't turn on until it was really dark. Couldn't see to get changed.
