Very Good
We booked this hotel because of the private mineral/thermal tub and pool and proximity to the city centre. The lady at the reception is very nice and helpful. Staff are nice and respectful of our privacy during our stay. The room is dated but its all good, no issues there. The private tub was really relaxing soecially after a day of touring around the area. The accomodation is very close to the lake area where we enjoyed walking around. Would recommend and come back in the future.

Absolutely LOVED IT. Self contained Unit with own private spa. We cooked, sat out in front porch and enjoyed LAKE TAUPO Everything convenient- Hobbiton/Rotorua/Putaruru towns . Carol & her crew just SIMPLY THR BEST
Didnt like that I couldnt stay longer. This now my new GO TO place- VU THERMAL

The private thermal spa was the reason for my stay. It was therapeutic and left me feeling relaxed.
Property was clean but a little dated. Thermal spa more than made up for this.

Had an amazing time at Vu Thermal lodge . Our room was very clean and tidy . Staff friendly and helpful . Private thermal tub was relaxing. Quiet complex to stay in would love to stay here again in the future.

Location lovely for lake access, a nice stroll into town along the lake front. Located south side of the main shopping area. Chosen for price and about right if not slightly high. Very Friendly staff
