Property and room was dirty
No phone in the hotel room
Lights were flickering in the lounge area and on the small deck due to water egress
Spa suite had a issue with water apparently and even though we were sold and charged for spa suite, we got a very mediocre and dirty room without working facilities
The bathroom was also dirty with a pubic hair kindly left by the cleaners or last occupier on the bathroom vanity
There were large stains on the lounge sofa bed which would never would have sustained someone having even a partially good night sleep - the springs could be felt right through the crappy thin mattress - additionally there was a horrific stain on the underside of the mattress which was disgusting

Great customer service. Very welcoming
We upgraded purely for the spa pool experience but due to technical problems earlier in the day, the pool wasn’t warm enough at night. Also the shower afterwards. Such a disappointment. But if corrected would stay again.

Easy check in, private mineral pools and a nice large size suite. We were able to park the car right next to the balcony.
Great cafe for breakfast the following morning.
The location was a bit of a shame, not being within walking distance of the town centre, but definitely not a deal breaker.

A more comfortable sofa and a proper coffee table for the size of the room plus should have been told that the cafe didn’t open until Wednesday . We stayed Monday to Wednesday

The room was good
Having to carry cases upstairs,the shower had to run on full, but there was not enough pressure. Also, the basin had cracks in it.
