Right on the lake and near the falls also. The rooms were spotless and comfortable! Really nice path along the lake for a long walk and a natural hot pool just steps away.

The staff were good because they changed our room due to one person having a disability.
The fact that towels were changed every day and think that this is not necessary as it is environmentally inappropriate.

We had stayed at the Sails before but were a bit disappointed this time that we were on ground floor! Much prefer 1st floor cuz if the views & having a balcony but it was our bad when we booked, I guess…

Fabulous location and friendly staff. Was impressed that towels were changed every day, dishes done and bed made. Room was comfortable and we had a view of the lake.
